If you are solely on the 'Allertz™' website for information purposes, we collect the data that your browser provides to our server.
➤ These are in particular:
The data is necessary for us for technical reasons to show our website to you. These are analysed to make the website user-friendly and to guarantee stability and safety. *b) Cookies and similar technologies
➤ Our online offer uses the following cookies:
Session cookies store a session ID that allows the different requests of your browser to be assigned one and the same session. That way your device will be recognised as soon as you return to our website. For example certain settings, such as language selection, that you have entered are stored, so you do not have to enter them again and again. Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
Permanent cookies remain on your device, so that we recognise your browser during a new visit and we, for example, know which options and settings you prefer. Permanent cookies have an end date and are automatically deleted after this date.
When visiting our website, cookies from third parties are also stored on your device. The cookies contain information about the use of our website and online offer, eg which websites and products have been visited. The data is collected in a pseudonymised manner with the aid of an identification number that is not linked to your personal data that may be mentioned to us otherwise.
2.2 Orders at 'ALLERTZ™' through our webshop partner Spreadshirt
*a) If you want to order something via our webshop, the conclusion of the agreement requires that you state your personal details that are necessary for the processing of the order. The information required for the conclusion of the agreement is marked, the other information is voluntary. You can enter your data for the order once or use your e-mail address to create a user account with a password, in which your details are stored for further orders until you object to the storage of your data. You can disable or delete the data and the user account at any time via the account.
For more information about creating a user account use the button below:
To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, the ordering process is secured per TLS.
We use our webshop partner, hereinafter referred to as Spreadshirt, to process the information you have provided for the processing of your order, including for example the individual customer service provided by Spreadshirt. In the context of the processing of the order, personal data will be passed on by Spreadshirt to one of Spreadshirts production companies within the group, to a postal company charged by the delivery company and (except in the case of PayPal) to our bank ADYEN BV, Simon Carmiggeltstraat 6- 50, 1011 DJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("Adyen"). The payment data is transmitted directly to Adyen in encrypted form.
Payment via PayPal is handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ('PayPal').
In the case of packages sent with track and trace, your order and address details are also passed on to parcelLab GmbH, Landwehrstraße 39, 80336 Munich, Germany in order to be able to track the package and inform you about, for example, changes or delays.
Spreadshirt also processes your data in the case of outstanding receivables. KSP Kanzlei dr. Seegers, Dr. Frankenheim Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Kaiser-Wilhelm-Strasse 40, 20355 Hamburg, Germany or EOS Deutscher Inkasso-Dienst GmbH, Steindamm 71, 20099 Hamburg, Germany.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data in the context of processing the order is art. 6 paragraph 1 b) and f) AVG On the basis of the storage periods in the trade and tax legislation, 'Allertz™' & Spreadshirt is obliged to store your order, address and payment details for ten years.
*b) Fraud prevention takes place by the Adyen bank, which determines your geographical location by means of your IP address and compares your information with the experiences you have made so far. This may result in an order not being able to be processed with the chosen payment method. In this way we want to prevent third party fraud with the chosen means of payment and we want to protect ourselves against defaulters.
Legal basis for processing is art. 6 paragraph 1 f) AVG.
Because this is an automated decision-making process, you have the right to object to this decision (here the refusal of a certain payment method) and to ensure that a person checks the decision. Please contact our Help Center for more information and specific contact options. Remember that the payment method may have been refused on the basis of a typing error and therefore you may have to check the information again during the ordering process.
*c) During the ordering process, Google Maps Autocomplete is used by Google LLC ('Google'). This allows an address to be automatically completed when you start the entry. This prevents delivery errors. In this case, Google will determine your geographic location using your IP address and receive information that you have requested a page from our website. In addition, the data mentioned under point 2.1 is transmitted. This happens regardless of whether you have a user account with Google and are logged in. If you are logged into your Google user account, the data is directly attributed to your account. If you do not want this you have to log out before you enter your address.
Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them (even if users are not logged in) for advertising purposes, market research and / or targeted change of their own website.

With the help of the reviews, we want to improve our range and the Spreadshirt offer and adapt it to the wishes of the customers. Spreadshirt uses the feedback software from eKomi Ltd., Markgrafenstraße 11, 10969 Berlin, Germany ('eKomi'). To send the assessment email (and in case a mediation procedure is started via eKomi after a negative assessment), E-mail address, name, order number, product type and a unique ID for identification and for creating a feedback link are passed on to eKomi.
Legal basis for processing is art. 6 paragraph 1 f) AVG You can object at any time to the processing of your data for this purpose. A click on the unsubscribe link that you find in each Shop e-mail or a communication via the contact details in our Help Center is sufficient.
*e) Spreadshirt also uses Google customer reviews from Google Ireland Ltd. ('Google') and receive feedback about them as a seller and about our products. 2.4 Processing of data for web analysis

Only in exceptions will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In our order, Google uses this information for analysing your use of the website, for drawing up reports on the website activities and for providing services to us that relate to other use of the website and the internet.
The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be linked to other Google data.

This website uses the ‘_anonymizeIp()’ function within Google Analytics. The IP addresses are processed in a shortened form and can therefore not be converted to a person. Insofar as data from you are personal, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is removed in this way.
